I have held for a long time that Doctor John Altshuler performed surgical procedures commonly known as mutilations on his ranch in the year 1975. He has also been suspected of this for many years by a number of
law enforcement people and others who have known
him.

I communicated with Ed Sanders awhile back and he
was kind enough to review a taped interview he made in February 1976 with Louis Girodo. He stated that Lou told him that he wrote down the name of the doctor and the location of the ranch where all the strange activities were occurring back then in 1975 in his investigative reports.

I interviewed Lou Girodo many times over about five months and he would never tell me the name of the doctor. He did state however, that he had been a close friend of the Altshuler family for many years going back in to the 1970's. The last thing he told me under what seemed to be stress was "Even if John was involved, I wouldn't admit it". That seemed to be a very strange statement and it lunched my in depth investigation in to Doctor Altshuler.

Could John Altshuler be the doctor he told Ed Sanders about in 1976? I believe he is. I correlated every scrap of information that Lou said in the Mutilation Mystery against public documents, maps, and known facts and found it all matched 100%

Before we continue lets understand something right now. I am not trying to demonized Dr. Altshuler. To the best of my knowledge he was a good man, father, and husband. He was also a brilliant doctor. I believe what he did like so many others was done in the interest of protecting the United States. His work contributed to the development of offensive bioweapons research. The Soviet Union was working overtime trying to develop deadly bioweapons in violation of their treaty. The United States could not be caught with its pants down. The only way the US could do it was through Black Operations.

I am not concerned about the cattle mutilations. I know why they happened. I am also not concerned that the US was making all kinds of deadly synthesized viruses and bacteria of the Clostridia family. What I am concerned about is how some of these bioweapons were used like HIV. I firmly believe that HIV1 and HIV2 was manufactured in the Special Virus Cancer Program under the control of Dr. Robert Gallo. I believe that some of the materials supplied from the mutilated animals were used to develop this and many other agents. That why I went after this research with a vengeance and it is what motivates me now.

We need to understand that the Soviets were also involved. The head of the World Heath Organization which released AIDS on to the West Africans was from the Soviet Union. The Doctor in charge of the New York Hepatitis B Program where the disease was released on to the gays was polish and had deep ties with the Soviet Union.

I don't believe any of the altruistic Americans who were helping the US realized how some of these things were going to be used. I fully understand the need for secrets in the interest of National Security, but when the Government you trust turns on its own people and starts a world wide pandemic, shouldn't there be some level of accountability?

In 1973 Richard Helms ordered all the MKULTRA documents destroyed. It was only by fate that 7 box's of records were found in 1977 because of new laws passed by Congress. How many other above top secret program records were destroyed that we will never know anything about?

We have held the feet of almost every nation to the fire and demanded a full record of their atrocities. Yet, somehow we perceive ourselves to be above the law. What has been done in the name of National Security is ok because we are the good guys. The fact that HIV has killed more people then Stalin and Hitler put together is irreverent because we are pure of heart, true in spirit and God is on our side, right?

Ted Kennedy reviewed the names of the Universities and many of the people that participated in MKULTRA, yet to this day those names and places have never been released. Now, they have passed a law protecting our intelligence communities against ANYTHING they do if they were under orders to do it! It looks like the Nazi's never really went away, they just found another place to live.
