Some time back I had the pleasure of talking to George C. Errianne. He was in Intelligence for about 35 years, he worked under Regan, and answered directly to Ext. 400 of the FBI. Most people are under the impression that the cattle mutilations of the 1970's were due to UFO's and Extraterrestrials. That's exactly what the CIA wanted you to believe. It provided them with cover for their sponsored Black Operations. Thats not to say people didn't see UFO's, they did. However, most of these were our own reverse engineered technologies or Choppers with lights on them to look like UFO's.

This photo and much more information was given to me by Charles Oliphant, Alabama State Police Officer, Ret. It was taken in the early 1990's but clearly shows the the deer was dropped. They had quite a number of Cattle Mutes with Army choppers in the early 1990's.

To understand what really happened between the late 1960's to around 1980 you will need to research and correlate a huge amount of records. I have spent over two years doing that and interviewing "Key Players" of that period. Some of these people have also provided me with vast amounts of official State Police Records.

Simply put, the primary purpose of the cattle mutilations of the 1970's was illegal offensive biological weapons development. Here we see a picture of Rumsfeld shaking hands with Hussain. He was our pal back then. This photo is from 1983.
Where did Hussain get the chemical weapons that he used on 1000's of Kurds?

There were many people involved at the highest levels of State and Federal Government. The Offensive Bioweapons research was illegal. It was in violation of a Direct President Order and many international treaties. However, Most people realized that the Soviet Union would not adhere to these treaties and they were right. So, in defense of the United States they did what they had to do.

A photo "provided to me by Gabe Valdez" of a black unmarked helicopter taken by New Mexico State Police as they were in pursuit of it, looks just like this one. Its a Huey 2 Vietnam type Chopper. Hey, what's that he's hauling? I was told by Cpt. Wolverton that he saw one of these choppers, and the occupants looked Asian. Louis Girodo told me he saw two during the 1970's "up close and personal. He stated that they were dressed in black jump suites.

I believe that the horse named lady was a collective first effort and that Dr. John Henry Altshuler was involved. He sent the film back east to his brother who's name is also on one of his patents. I feel the film was viewed by others working at Fort Detrick.
